Professional tooth whitening is one of the most commonly performed cosmetic dentistry procedures in the U.S. as it is more effective, safer, comfortable than a store-bought whitening kit.

What is Zoom teeth whitening?

Zoom Laser Teeth Whitening, the innovative solution to effectively treat stained teeth, uses a teeth whitening gel that delivers noticeable results while protecting the tooth enamel and reducing sensitivity. One major advantage of zoom teeth whitening is that the treatment can be customized on the basis of how quickly you want to see results. With Zoom teeth whitening procedure, your teeth can be lightened several shades - up to ten shades over the course of just one office visit.

Procedure

During the Zoom teeth whitening procedure, a bleaching solution is applied to the teeth using specially designed trays. After placing the trays, the bleaching solution is gently heated using a laser to activate oxygen molecules that penetrate the enamel to remove stains.

Zoom teeth whitening allows the bleaching solution to dissolve effectively, removing extrinsic stains and pronounced discoloration more effectively. This method reduces the risk of gum irritation and sensitivity that can be caused by over-exposure to topical bleaches during regular teeth whitening techniques.

How Does Zoom teeth whitening Work?

During the Zoom teeth whitening process, your lips and gums will be covered, leaving the teeth exposed. The Zoom hydrogen peroxide whitening gel is then applied to the teeth, which along with the Zoom light, penetrate the teeth and break up the stains and discoloration.  The gel is applied for three sessions of 15-minutes each. Immediately after the treatment, a sensitivity-reducing fluoride gel is applied to the teeth to reduce the sensitivity.

Zoom teeth whitening procedure offers the following advantages:

Immediate results: You will get a brighter smile in just 45 minutes with ZOOM teeth whitening.

Long-lasting:The results of zoom teeth whitening gel are long-lasting; you will experience less fade back.

Safe: Zoom teeth whitening is a safe and comfortable procedure.

Performed by a Dental Professional:Since Zoom teeth whitening is performed by a dental professional, you can be less worried about the side-effects and results.

What is take-home teeth whitening?

However, if you are not comfortable getting to a dental office for teeth whitening, we offer take-home whitening trays that are custom made from the impressions of your teeth and gums to fit you perfectly. These trays are more beneficial than the store-bought teeth whitening trays as the customization ensures safe and effective use of the whitening gel. Once the trays are made, you will be instructed on the proper use of the whitening kit to achieve a noticeably whiter smile. Your progress will be monitored during your two-week follow-up appointment at our dental office.
